Novak Carnica Queens guarantees the Queens, the Package bees and the Nucs are in perfect shape upon departure. We will never post Queens if we are not sure they are laying, you will never get old bees in our Packages and there will never be suspicious frames in the Nucs we prepare for you. This demands a lot of energy, efforts and material resources and is a part of our beekeeping philosophy.

Once the bees have left our hands, anything that can, may or might happen is beyond our power. Novak Carnica Queen can never be held responsible for any potential damage, loss or death of the bees in transit and are not in a position to provide any warranties. This means the customer takes full responsibility for any material, legal or social consequences of importing the Apis melliferra carnica bee and that the customer is the sole bearer of all associated costs, taxes and liabilities. By settling the invoice the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions and understands there are no foundations for complaints and refunds derived from the events which take place during the transit. If the customer wishes the bees to picked up and delivered by his own trusted transporting partner, we are always prepared to collaborate with the customer’s trusted courier and communicate with them about the shipment personally.

 

REFUNDS

If the customer wishes to cancel or pause the order which has been settled and not yet fulfilled (posted), we offer a refund for all purchases deducted for the cost of issuing the Intratrade Health Cerificate which is not reversible and refundable. You are not obliged to provide any reasons for resigning from the purchase.

 

DEPOSITS

Novak Carnica Queen reserves the right to ask for a deposit a sign of a serious intention for bigger orders which require a few months preparation time or exceptional efforts due to the specific demands of the customer. In the case of resigning from such purchase, Novak Carnica Queen is entitled to a 20 percent deduction from the refund to cover for the costs associated with extensive preparations or exceptional efforts due to the specific demands of the customer.
